In my role as Program Manager for CloudFest USA x NamesCon Global, the following are just some of my roles and responsibilities:
- Spearhead programming from start to finish for both CloudFest USA and NamesCon Global, serving as the sole program manager for all 120 speakers across four stages, including more than 50 founders and c-suite executives.
- Originate and create content for each of the 50+ sessions, including session titles and abstracts.
- Research, invite, and confirm stage emcees, session moderators, and speakers, ensuring they had the requisite expertise and knowledge to match audience expectations.
- Partner closely with speakers and moderators to create session outlines and talking points.
- Create an event advisory board and recruited industry experts to help guide creation of the agenda.
- Conduct both on-camera and print interviews with event speakers, advisory board members, and other industry leaders for dissemination in event newsletters and on LinkedIn.
